Day 42: T+42

There have been more investigation today on the cause of the pain and nausea. Eric had a MRCP (a zoomed in MRI of his abdomen) today to get a good look at the ducts and if there were any gallstones blocking the flow.

The waiting game.

Getting all set up.

MRCP selfie!!!

His pain comes and goes, but is being well managed by pain medication.  The results of the MRCP show no gallstones in the duct (yeah!). The doctors are assuming that there was a gallstone and either it passed or popped back into the gallbladder. Either way we are headed in the right direction.

He can now start to sip on water and juices and see how that goes.

Thanks again to all our friends and family! We have been continually taken care of. We also want to thank our great ward at church who had a special fast for us on Sunday. We sure appreciate everyone's faith in our behalf and know we are strengthened by it. A big thanks to the cute primary kids who all wrote notes to us! We have been having so much fun looking at all of the cards from the primary kids. What faith and love they show. We can never say thank you enough, but will keep saying it because we are truly thankful!
